To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the original receipt.
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tilegenics.ca with your receipt and reason for return. One of our team members will review your request and get in touch with further instructions.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Sale, clearance, and custom order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges may be made within 15 days of your original purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Original packaging is intact
Product is unused and uninstalled
Original receipt is included
Please email info@tilegenics.ca with your receipt and reason for the exchange. A staff member will contact you with next steps.
A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all eligible exchanges.
Products are not eligible for exchange if they are:
Scratched, broken, or show signs of damage
Missing the original receipt or packaging
Installed or previously used
Part of a sale, clearance, or custom order
All products must be carefully inspected at the time of pickup or delivery. If you notice any damage:
Submit your claim on the same day of pickup or delivery
Email info@tilegenics.ca with a copy of your receipt and images of the damage
Our team will assess your claim and contact you to discuss the next steps.
